Callula Lillibelle Fall 2011: decades of style

Always committed to straight forward, wearable design that falls at a reasonable price point, designers William Calvert and Melanie Hart from Callula Lillibelle offered a myriad of mix and match pieces for Fall 2011, that drew on iconic silhouettes from the late 60's, 70's and early 80's for inspiration.

A bit of a fashion-mash-up, the collection featured Mod Squad dresses, mixed with tough leather looks, and killer pants suits fit  for the Working Girl in all of us.

In keeping with the Callula Lillibelle spirit and the belief in creating clothes that  flatter a variety of figures, the pieces were modest, compared to many of the collections shown throughout the week, but maintained a sense of fun through layers of pattern and texture combined with surprising pops of primary colors.
