Runway trend report: Nude nails at M.Patmos Fall 2012

Over the course of every fashion week trends in hair, make-up and nail color begin to emerge. This season there was no denying the nude-nail trends that started popping up at shows from the first few days of fashion week. At one of the first presentations M.Patmos Fall 2012, we caught up with key  artist for CND Nails, Candice Manacchio who gave us the lowdown on this beautifully subtle look. 

image:S.Whittle for Style Wylde"The look is Satin Suede with a touch of metallic" Manacchio explained. "It's a combination of two CND colors, we start with a base of CND Colour in Silver Chrome, and topped with either two coats of CND Putty or CND Creamy Nude."

A great neutral-with-an-edge color that can be easily approximated at home, or in  your favorite local CND salon, the color accented the strong geometric patterns and bold colors in the collection beautifully.
